First I must say how sorry I am to hear of Alan Bartlett's death.  I 
knew him only through this list and have been grateful for his work in 
relation to it.  I wish the team all the best in their continuing 
efforts towards the same goals.

And it seems appropriate to report that I now see this same problem in 
mythtv with the release of 6.3.7 in Fedora 37.  Again, 6.3.6 works.
