[elrepo] kmod-nvidia for el9

[Maarten]

I had tried the kmod-nvidia package before, the akmod-nvidia seems to 
not install the extra packages that I don't need. Still looking forward 
that
it will be available in ELRepo at some point. Thanks for the reminder 
about the other package!
