[elrepo] Unable to connect to mirrors.elrepo.org from one host

Nearly all of my hosts connect just fine to fetch
http://mirrors.elrepo.org/mirrors-elrepo.el9

But I've got one host that times out...

Is there a way I can check to see if my IP got on a list somewhere?

Full IP, traceroute, and so on available off list on request.
