[elrepo] x86_64_v2 build consideration in the future?

  I am thinking about just kmod and other packages like
drbd,nvidia-driver. AlmaLinux will re-enable some drivers, but not
all. I don't know if AlmaLinux will  really rebuild epel-10. but the
developer said x86-64-v2 Alma10 will be useless without EPEL. so maybe
it is a good idea if they can rebuild ELRepo also.
