[elrepo] latest nvidia on ALMA 9

Hello,

it seems the latest nvidia packages require a newer version of 
egl-wayland than is available in ALMA9? Or maybe I need to clean up some 
stuff, because on this system I recently switched to kmod-nvidia-open 
with "sudo dnf install kmod-nvidia-open --allowerasing".
I'm copy-pasting the output of dnf update below.
