[elrepo] ELrepo and Alma Linux 10.1-v2

Akemi and friends,

I note that RedHat have decided to make RHEL 10 only work on processors
with v3 capability, but that Alma Linux have decided to make a modified
version of their 10.1 clone that still works on processors with only v2
capability (called 10.1-v2).

An issue that then arises is whether ELrepo kmods and other packages
will work on v2 processors. 

Do you know whether or not they will ? Or whether the same source code
will work if recompiled on a v2 machine ?
