The NAMESPACES configuration option is currently enabled in all of our
kernels (kernel-lt for RHEL5, 6 & 7 and kernel-ml for RHEL6 & 7).

The EXPERT & CHECKPOINT_RESTORE configuration options has been enabled
in both of the recently announced new kernel-ml package sets (built
from linux-4.6) for RHEL6 & 7. [1][2]

The latter two configuration options are currently queued for the next
builds of the kernel-lt package sets (for RHEL5, 6 & 7).
