<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:monospace,monospace">Announcing the release of an updated kmod-nvidia package for RHEL7.4 to 
the elrepo repository. The following package is syncing to mirror sites 
and should be available shortly:<br><br>kmod-nvidia-340xx-340.102-4.el7_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm<br><br>This package is built against the RHEL7.4 kernel release, 3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64.<br>

Please note that this package is not backward compatible with earlier 
kernel releases. As such this package has a dependency for the RHEL7.4 
kernel and users should update kmod-nvidia at the same time as updating 
to EL7.4. The dependency will prevent CentOS/SL users from accidentally 
updating kmod-nvidia before the EL7.4 kernel is available.<br>

To update your system, please run<br>
<br>
yum update kmod-nvidia\*<br>
<br>
and reboot to the 3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64 (or newer) kernel.<br>
