I think is not a good idea to combine modules ipg and nx1001 to one package.
These drivers are developed separately from each other and designed to
support different kind of hardware: nx1001 for Fast Ethernet and ipg
for Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapters.
This situation is similar to that to build e100 and e1000 modules into
one package.

It is easy to control new upstream driver updates, testing and
packaging them independently from each other.

Agree.  It is better to take the drivers/mmc/host/sdricoh_cs.c from
one kernel snapshot with other modules from drivers/mmc/* and build
them together.
