[elrepo] Announcement: kmod-option updated testing release

Following a recent RFE [1], we announce the release of an updated
kmod-option package in the elrepo-testing repository:

http://elrepo.org/tiki/kmod-option

The original code, backported from the 2.6.20 kernel, has now been
replaced with that from the 2.6.27.9 kernel so as to provide support
for further USB GSM modems.

It is kABI compatible with all kernels from 2.6.18-8.el5 and upwards.
