[elrepo] Announcement: kmod-sierra updated testing release

Following on from a recent mailing list posting [1], we announce the release of
an updated kmod-sierra package in the elrepo-testing repository:

This updated release incorporates a patch from Sierra Wireless to enable the
modem to be recognised as a USB serial device and not a USB storage device.

It is kABI compatible with all kernels from 2.6.18-8.el5 and upwards.
