[elrepo] List Administration – Mail Issues Regarding att.net and Associated Domains

Please be advised that effective immediately and until further notice,
no mail to/from att.net and associated domains (e.g., bellsouth.net)
will be processed by the list server.

Likewise, no att.net or associated domain mail addresses will be
accepted for list membership.

We are forced to take these steps since our mail is being blocked by
att.net mail servers.
