[elrepo] Announcement: Rebuilt kmod-pata release

Announcing the release of the rebuilt kmod-pata packages in the elrepo
repository:

This package has been rebuilt against the 5.5 series base
(kernel-2.6.18-194.el5) and now provides 46 modules:

Of those modules, 45 are kABI compatible with all kernels from 5.3
(kernel-2.6.18-128.el5) upwards. The 46th module, pata_ali, is only
available for the 5.5 kernel series and will, hopefully, be kABI
compatible with all kernels upwards.

Users requiring the pata_ali module are advised to update this package
at the same time as their kernel is updated to the 5.5 series.

This package has been rebuilt as a result of an issue raised in the
ELRepo bug tracker:

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.
