[elrepo] Announcement: EL5 - Packages in the "elrepo-testing" Repository.

There are currently a number of packages in the elrepo-testing
repository that require end-user testing and then feed-back. It is
only after such testing and the receipt of positive reports that we
will promote a package to the main repository.

Here is the current list, with version numbers:
