[elrepo] issue with vlan and kmod-jme-1.0.5-1

Hi there
We have installed kmod-jme-1.0.5-1 in a asus eee box
It is working well.
The only issue we have is that we are unable to get vlan working.
When we issue the command
vconfig add eth0 3

we get in dmesg:

802.1Q VLAN Support v1.8 Ben Greear <greearb at candelatech.com>
register_vlan_device: Device eth0 has buggy VLAN hw accel

the distro installed is elastix 1.6, that is a
CentOS release 5.3 (Final)
