[elrepo] LAN driver install w/o network?

Hi James,
Sorry to ask a series of questions but:
(1) what dependencies?
(2) are you sure you require the atl1e driver?
(3) what is the Vendor:Device ID pairing for the LAN card?
I have never known the classic "sneakernet" technique to fail . . .
