[elrepo] Announcement: EL6 kmod-hfs Testing Release [0.0-1]

Announcing the release of the kmod-hfs package into the EL6
elrepo-testing repository:

This package has been created as a result of a request on the ELRepo
mailing list:

http://lists.elrepo.org/pipermail/elrepo/2011-March/000578.html

It allows the mounting of Macintosh formatted floppy disks and hard
disk partitions with full read-write access and is kABI compatible
with all kernels from 6.0 (kernel-2.6.32-71.el6) upwards.

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.

End user testing of this package (& subsequent feed-back) will be
appreciated and would also speed its eventual promotion to the main
repository.
