[elrepo] Announcement: EL6 kmod-hfsplus Testing Release [0.0-1]

Announcing the release of the kmod-hfsplus package into the EL6
elrepo-testing repository:

This package has been created as a result of a request on the ELRepo
mailing list:

It allows the mounting of extended format Macintosh-formatted hard
drive partitions with full read-write access. The file system is often
called HFS+ and was introduced with MacOS 8. It includes all Macintosh
specific filesystem data such as data forks & creator codes and it
also has several UNIX style features such as file ownership and
permissions.

It is kABI compatible with all kernels from 6.0 (kernel-2.6.32-71.el6) upwards.

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.

The following files are currently syncing to the mirrors:

End user testing of this package (& subsequent feed-back) will be
appreciated and would also speed its eventual promotion to the main
repository.
