kqemu is no longer needed for recent qemu versions and kernels afaik. The
development has stopped years ago. Instead of using kqemu, kvm is now
used. See the statements at:

This is the reason why we no longer offer kmod-kqemu on RHEL6. Maybe we
should clarify this on our kmod-kqemu page at:
http://elrepo.org/tiki/kmod-kqemu
