[elrepo] upgrading tpe-lkm

Hi,

I'm the author of tpe-lkm. The recent features were added by a pull request that I haven't had a chance to fully do regression tests against. If you guys could test this on el5 and el6 both 32 and 64bit, I'll sign off on this and work with the elrepo guys on pushing a new version.
