[elrepo] upgrading tpe-lkm

I can't test this code right now, due some issues in compiling...sorry for
that.

your module is very helpful for me and I think it's the best solution for
jail-shell, specially after adding harden-symlinks.

Thanks for your work/time, and I wish if you could provide package asap.
