I think the distro version became newer as of EL6.4. Updating the
elrepo packages is on the ToDo list here:
http://elrepo.org/bugs/view.php?id=405
Until that happens or unless newer version is desirable, it is best to
use the distro-supplied packages at the moment.
By the way, we currently do not have a maintainer for those Intel
packages (part of the reasons why it is delayed). Anyone interested in
taking on the mission? :)
