Hi Dan,

You're welcome.

However please be aware that I just threw those suggestions together
after a minimalistic consideration of the problem. I suspect that one
should use "--prefix=/usr" on the "./configure" command line, etc.

When time permits (and I feel sufficiently motivated) I'll give this
another look. In the meantime, if there is anyone who feels up to the
challenge to package and maintain an ipset-utils package for use with
kernel-lt on EL5, then please make yourself known.
