I finally got around to packaging ipset-6.21.1 for EL5.  The SRPM can be
found at http://www.gynntech.com/tmp/ipset-6.21.1-vns1.src.rpm.  I'm not
sure what all is involved with maintaining an ELRepo package, but I'll
definitely be keeping the package up to date for my projects, and would be
happy to share.
