[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 kmod-sis190 Release

Announcing the release of the kmod-sis190 package into the EL7 elrepo
repository:

as requested in the following RFE:

This package provides the kernel driver module for the sis190/191
Gigabit Ethernet controller, version 1.4, supporting PCI devices with
the following Vendor:Device ID pairings:

1039:0190
1039:0191

It is built to depend upon the specific ABI provided by a range of
releases of the same variant of the Linux kernel and not on any one
specific build.
