Here's your issue. Your system is loading the stock glx instead of the 
one provided by the fglrx package. Is /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-fglrx.conf 
in place ? It should point Xorg into loading 
[...]/modules/extensions/fglrx/libglx.so instead of 
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so
