[elrepo] Regarding fglrx RHEL 7.2

Wolfy,

This is obnoxious, been fighting with it since yesterday, it seems the
behaviour has changed in Xorg and it seems to want to load both libglx and
fglrx unless I move it out of the path. Is there not a way to just prevent
libglx.so from loading other than moving it out of the way. It shouldn't be
this frustrating to make these drivers work.
