[elrepo] Regarding fglrx RHEL 7.2

Well to add the entertainment I just experienced with the Nvidia driver as
well with zero explanation why both continued loading libglx.so after the
fact. I'm going to have to do quite a bit more testing in our environment
to get a workable solution. I don't feel quite as bad about this now I've
seen it on two different kmod packages.
