build only tested with:

$  cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 6.6 (Final)

$ rpm -qa |grep kernel-lt
kernel-lt-3.10.63-1.el6.elrepo.x86_64
kernel-lt-devel-3.10.63-1.el6.elrepo.x86_64

$ # apply after the first patch
$ cat <(curl -s http://pastebin.centos.org/14816/raw/) | patch -p0 -b
