[elrepo] ATI (fglrx) drivers version 15.9 & EL7

Wolfy,

I guess that makes sense, but from what I've seen the xorg.conf file isn't
there under normal circumstances at least when using the normal Xorg
drivers. What I was getting at is, that the user has to run that command
after installing the rpm. I'm not sure "amdconfig --initial" handles all
cases well enough to include that as a post install function of the rpm.
