Hi Steve,
The xorg-x11-glamor package was obsoleted by xorg-x11-server-Xorg some
while ago (changelog says Nov 2015) so that package now provides
libglamoregl.so
[root at rhel6 ~]# rpm -ql xorg-x11-server-Xorg | grep glamor
/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/libglamoregl.so
That change also fixed the conflict with the nvidia drivers so you
should not need to take any action on an el6.8 system, it should all
just work. xorg-x11-glamor should not be installed, and if it is
installed it should be removed during an update to el6.8.
Hope that helps
