[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 kmod-mpt3sas package deprecated in RHEL 7.3

Following the release of RHEL 7.3, the kmod-mpt3sas package is 
deprecated in favour of the in kernel driver.

This updated driver was originally provided in elrepo as a bug fix 
release, containing 2 backported patches from upstream. These patches 
have now been included in the RHEL 7.3 kernel so users of this package 
are advised to uninstall the elrepo package and revert to using the RHEL 
kernel driver.
