Hi Akemi,

thanks for the heads up, i'll wait till 7.3.1611 hits the shelves then. Currently there are no other updates pending for this box, and there are no known critical bugs in 4.8 mainline. Should be fine for a few days :-)

pciutils-libs was indeed updated in RHEL 7.3 which has caused this issue.

$ rpm -q pciutils-libs
pciutils-libs-3.5.1-1.el7.x86_64

You would need to disable the repo until CentOS 7.3 (or SL 7.3) is out:

# yum --disablerepo=elrepo-kernel update
