[elrepo] Announcement: Updated nvidia-detect package [version 375.20]

Announcing the release of an updated nvidia-detect package for EL6 and 
EL7 to the main elrepo repository.

This release adds detection for devices now supported by the upstream 
NVIDIA 375.20 driver release.

Note: the EL7 version is built against RHEL7.3 (latest) which includes 
and updated version of pciutils (3.5.1-1.el7.x86_64). Because 
nvidia-detect probes the PCI bus to detect nvidia hardware, 
nvidia-detect links against libpci which is provided by the updated 
pciutils package:

[phil at rhel7 ~]$ rpm -q --requires nvidia-detect | grep pci
libpci.so.3()(64bit)
libpci.so.3(LIBPCI_3.0)(64bit)
libpci.so.3(LIBPCI_3.5)(64bit)
pciutils

As shown above, because the nvidia-detect package now requires 
libpci.so.3(LIBPCI_3.5)(64bit), this release requires the pciutils 
version in RHEL7.3 and is NOT compatible with older releases of RHEL7.
