I found a prius package built for "centos" here:

http://install.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/yum/itecs/public/bumblebee/rhel7/x86_64/

The latest is primus-1.1.03282015-4.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm .

Perhaps you can give it a try?
