[elrepo] Announcement: EL7 updated kmod-ar5523 and kmod-zd1211rz wireless driver for RHEL 7.4

Announcing the release of updated wireless driver packages for RHEL 7.4 
into the main elrepo repository:

These packages are for use with EL7.4 and are NOT backward compatible
with earlier releases of Enterprise Linux 7. It is recommended that 
users of these packages update at the same time as updating to EL7.4
