[elrepo] Question about nvidia/radeon

I just realized I wasn't totally correct about radeon having only
opensource drivers. I just read there are opensource drivers and
propiertary drivers, opensource ones I would think should be in most
repos and the propiertary from the amd site. But that still leaves my
question and doesn't make it easier to choose.
