[elrepo] rebuilding kmod-joydev package from SRPM

I recently submitted a bug against kmod-joydev for
kernel-3.10.0.514.el7.x86_64.  However, while waiting for that package to
be updated against the latest kernel,  I thought I'd try rebuilding the
package.

I've modified the spec file to use the .514 kernel, updated my system (el7)
with the proper kernel packages, and made sure the entire system is at RHEL
7.3.

I have only rebuilt a few kernel modules in the past, so I'm unsure of what
I might be doing wrong.

However, when I build using rpmbuild -ba joydev-kmod.spec, I get the
following error:

Finding  Requires: (using /usr/lib/rpm/find-requires)...
 error: Dependency tokens must begin with alpha-numeric, '_' or  '/':


There's a bit more information I will have to add to a follow up email
as I'm not on the system in question.
