[elrepo] rebuilding kmod-joydev package from SRPM

Apparently you were hit by a bug similar to the one we reported:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=842175
Red Hat is not enthusiastic about fixing the bug, so we (ELRepo) have
been using a patched version of redhat-rpm-config on our build
systems.
However, in your case, you are somehow using
/usr/lib/rpm/find-requires, not
/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/find-requires.ksyms. Not sure if the latter has
the same issue. We will find out when we build the kmod you requested.
