[elrepo] Heads Up: RHEL 7.4 beta kernel breaks kmod-nvidia driver

I can probably build it using the SPEC files in github. Since I maintain
openafs kmod packages, I've already done some work to make it easier (I
have custom mock configs for the beta image).
