[elrepo] LTS kernel EOL

Well, we like to keep a little more current than the stock OS kernel, but
we also don't like to change kernel versions too frequently. We're not
wanting to change kernel versions every year, but every six years is too
much, and we're about to the point where we want to move past 4.4. It's not
a problem. I will just use the 4.14 packages until they are no longer
maintained and then update the spec file+kernel config file and build my
own 4.14 packages for however many years we want to stay on 4.14. I was
just curious to see if the extension in LTS lifetime would change how you
guys handled your LTS packages, and it sounds like it will not.
