[elrepo] [el7] New nvidia-x11-drv packages

Hi List,

There are some new nvidia-x11-drv packages available in the elrepo 
testing repository for el7.6:

nvidia-x11-drv-410.78-2.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64
nvidia-x11-drv-libs-410.78-2.el7_6.elrepo.x86_64
nvidia-x11-drv-libs-410.78-2.el7_6.elrepo.i686

These packages are compatible with the new libglvnd* packages that ship 
with RHEL7.6.

Further, we have split the libs out into a separate nvidia-x11-drv-libs 
sub-package, that is multi-arch for both x86_64 and i686. The i686 libs 
package obsoletes the old nvidia-x11-drv-32bit package that shipped 
32-bit libs in an x86_64 package.

If you would like to test these packages, please update with the 
elrepo-testing repository enabled:

yum --enablerepo=elrepo-testing update nvidia-x11-drv

(the matching kmod-nvidia package is in the main elrepo repository)

and restart your Xorg session.

If you test, I would welcome feedback here (or on the bug tracker), even 
if it's only a "works for me".

All being well, I anticipate this new package format will be rolled out 
from testing to the main repo for the next upstream release.
