[elrepo] Announcement: Release of updated DRBD 8.4 packages for RHEL 7.6

Announcing the release of kmod-drbd84 [8.4.11] and drbd84-utils
[9.6.0] for RHEL7.6. They are currently syncing to mirrors. These
packages were released to the elrepo-testing repository on November 2.

drbd84-kmod-8.4.11-1.1.el7_6.elrepo.src.rpm
drbd84-utils-9.6.0-1.el7.elrepo.src.rpm

The kmod package is built against the RHEL7.6 kernel and is NOT
backward compatible with older RHEL kernels. Users should update to
this package at the same time as updating to the RHEL7.6 kernel. After
updating, users should reboot their system.

Yum will prevent users from accidentally updating and thus breaking
their system when the required RHEL7.6 kernel is not available. This
is not a bug. It is intended behavior of the package management
system.
