[elrepo] Failure to install kmod-nvidia on CentOS 7.4 (kernel symbol(?) requirements wrong)

The *current* kmod-nvidia requires the *current* CentOS 7 kernel. You're
running 7.4 which is about 6 months behind current - currently 7.5 with
7.6 probably imminent. You should be on 7.5 so your best solution is to
`yum update` to get to 7.5 then use the current kmod-nvidia. If you
cannot do that then the next best solution (and it's a very next best,
to be avoided if at all possible), is to work out what kmod-nvidia
package was the last for 7.4 and to install that specifically by full
package name-version number.
