[elrepo] Installing Centos 8.0.1905 to Dell T310

I usually lurk here on the list but I have to chime in on this one.
After reading Redhat's removal of some very important drivers from their
stock kernel (such as the e1000, etc), it really bothers me where this
is going. I can appreciate that Redhat aka.. IBM might not do hardware
regression testing on all of those modules within their kernel but I bet
they don't do regression testing on a lot of other modules as well. Why
not leave the support in there but declare there isn't any support for
them? Once upon a time, Linux was all about running a competent OS on
sorts of new *AND* old hardware and in this example, this Dell T310
server was released in 2010. Yes, it's a 10yr old server but does that
make it worthless? I don't think so.

Changes like this really hurts Redhat but thankfully we have the EPEL
and ElRepo teams to help short up Redhat's gaps.
