[elrepo] My attempted bug-report re kernel-lt 4.4.175

Hello:  I thought I had submitted a possible-bug report yesterday, but 
my email address has changed since I first signed in.  I thought I had 
reset it during yesterday's session but now appear to be locked out.

The possible-bug was related to a new scheduling problem I am seeing 
with MythTV.  I find I'm now seeing it with Fedora 28 too.  It looks as 
if it may be caused by a batch of c++11 reinits in the MythTV master 
code, and my elrepo kernel warning is probably unjustified.
