I have taken a look and see that the e-mail address for your
bug-tracker account matches that used to send the above message. As I
can see no other obvious problem, I have reset your account's password
and a system generated e-mail message should have been sent to you.
Once you have received that message just follow the steps specified to
reset your bug-tracker account's password.
