This appears to have not worked as intended. When I run "sudo dnf upgrade" now (after having removed installonlypkgs), I get this:

Error:
Problem 1: problem with installed package kernel-ml-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package kernel-ml-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
Problem 2: problem with installed package kernel-ml-core-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-core-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-core-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-core-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-core-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package kernel-ml-core-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
Problem 3: problem with installed package kernel-ml-devel-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-devel-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-devel-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package kernel-ml-devel-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
Problem 4: problem with installed package kernel-ml-modules-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install both kernel-ml-modules-5.5.1-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64 and kernel-ml-modules-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package kernel-ml-modules-5.5.0-1.el8.elrepo.x86_64
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

I suspect I could work around this by manually removing the 5.5.0 packages, but that would defeat the purpose of this change.
