[elrepo] RHEL8 kernels immediately overwritten

Updating the installed kernel-ml-5.5.0-1.el8 failed because that
version was built _before_ the correction was made.  Once the current
5.5.1-1.el8 is installed (by using the workaround), the next update
should install without errors.
