[elrepo] elrepo kernel boot issue -- RHEL7.6

Hi ,
I successfully installed 5.5.2-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64 kernel over RHEL7.6 but the elrepo kernel can’t boot and turn into Dracut prompt panel, below mention is the output once choose booting from elrepo kernel

Starting Dracut Emergency Shell...
Warning: /dev/rhel/root does not exist
Warning: /dev/rhel/swap does not exist
Generating "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt"
Enetering emergency mode. Exit the shell to continue
Type "journalctl" to view system logs.
You might want to save "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt" to a USB stick or /boot after mounting them and attach it to a bug report.
